I have a pre-owned LEGO Lord of the Rings 79006 The Council of Elrond set. The set does not come with instruction manual or box. The set is mostly complete. What you see is what you get. There may be slight wear on the pieces. One of the leaves on the big tree has a piece broken off. Elrond's legs have some paint rubbed off.
