It features a Mini Forklift with a working mast and forks and a cargo pallet. The magic in this Lego is that it's actually 2 kits in one, as it can be rebuilt into a Dragster with included instructions. This Lego set was retired in November 2008. This kit is part of a lot of Lego sets, more than 14 years in storage. It seems that this box was compressed when the tote was closed up. While the box shows some stress, it's still sealed & I expect the contents to be 100%.
