Storage: All our LEGO sets are stored in a pet and smoke-free environment and are handled with love and care while they are with us! Packing and Shipping: The product will be bubble wrapped and filled with packing paper rolls and/or packaging air pillows to prevent any damage to the product during shipping. This is just like the way we would want any product we purchase, to be shipped to us. Please note that LEGO in polybags could be shipped in padded envelopes unless boxes are specifically requested by the Buyer. The product will be shipped in 3 (three) business days once payment is received. Pre-order sale will ship within 3 (three) days of receiving the item. If there is any delay, for any unforeseen reasons, we will promptly notify you. We would also like to encourage you to read our reviews. International Shipping: We will ship this item to international customers via eBay’s International Shipping program only.
