CONDITION: New, Never been used, NO BOX or Packaging. Please see all my pics for a better description and condition, NOTES: This item will be shipped as if the footrest is on backwards (see last pic). Simply push the two adjustment buttons and spin the footrest to the proper position. By shipping it as if it were backwards allows me to send it in a much smaller box.
