Paul's partner on the case is Ben Geary (Topher Grace), a young agent who also has studied Cassius and is certain the Russian is behind the slaying, even though Paul insists that Cassius is long dead. But, Paul may not be who he claims to be. GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER: When Joanna Drayton (Katharine Houghton), a free-thinking white woman and black doctor John Prentice (Sidney Poitier) become engaged, they travel to San Francisco to meet her parents. Matt Drayton (Spencer Tracy) and his wife Christina (Katharine Hepburn) are wealthy liberals who must confront the latent racism the coming marriage arouses. Also attending the Draytons' dinner are Prentice's parents (Roy E. Glenn Sr and Beah Richards), who vehemently disapprove of the relationship. TAMING OF THE SHREW: Grumio (Cyril Cusack) and Hortensio (Victor Spinetti) both long to marry the same beautiful young woman. Unfortunately, her wealthy father (Michael Hordern) will not let his daughter marry, unless her hot-tempered sister, Katherina (Elizabeth Taylor), also has a suitor. Luckily, the slovenly Petruchio (Richard Burton) is looking for an affluent woman to marry, so Grumio and Hortensio pay him to try to woo the extremely volatile Katherina. THE ART OF LOVE: Having failed to establish himself as a painter in Paris, Paul Sloane (Dick Van Dyke) decides to return home to his wealthy girlfriend, Laurie Gibson (Angie Dickinson). His roommate, Casey Barnett (James Garner), argues that Paul should fake his own suicide, which will make his paintings much more popular. With Paul presumably dead, demand for his work soars. When Casey grows wealthy selling it off and begins courting Laurie, an angry, Paul frames his deceitful friend for his murder. CHANGE OF HABIT: Dr John Carpenter (Elvis Presley) takes the job of running a health centre in a low-income district. He enlists three women to help out who--unbeknownst to him--are actually nuns in street clothes. The church wants to improve the neighbourhood but fears that nuns in full habit would not be well received. Unaware of her unavailability, John falls for Sister Michelle (Mary Tyler Moore), serenading her with his guitar--which, luckily for him, effectively wears away at her religious resolve. HOW TO SAVE A MARRIAGE AND RUIN YOUR LIFE: David Sloane (Dean Martin) suspects that his married friend, Harry (Eli Wallach), may be fooling around on his wife, so he intends to steal his mistress away from him. David assumes Harry is going after his secretary, Carol (Stella Stevens) and he quickly charms her into a relationship. Problem solved, David thinks, until he discovers that he assumed wrong and that Harry has actually been having an affair with his beautiful neighbour, Muriel (Anne Jackson). OFF LIMITS: Wally Hogan has things going his way. He is the manager-trainer of Bullet Bradley, a fighter who has just won the lightweight championship. Life suddenly takes a not-so-happy turn, however, when Bullet gets drafted. Hogan's gangster partners "persuade him to enlist and keep an eye on the fighter, who is subsequently declared psychologically unfit for the Army. Enter Herbet Tuttle, a draftee eager to have Hogan turn him into a fighter. Hogan Reluctantly agrees only after he discovers Tuttle's aunt is the beautiful singer at a nightclub. From then on it's a case of stringing Tuttle along while trying to get close to his aunt. To further complicate Hogan's life there is a rulebook Military Police Officer who tries to squish the shenanigans. THE GHOST AND MR CHICKEN: Looking to score a break as a newspaper reporter and impress beautiful Alma Parker (Joan Staley), milquetoast typesetter Luther Heggs (Don Knotts) pitches a story about his small town's haunted house. When his editor (Dick Sargent) insists Luther spend a night alone in the spooky mansion, where a grisly murder-suicide had taken place decades earlier, the timid reporter learns that the house contains a supernatural resident who doesn't like visitors. THE COURT JESTER: Former carnival performer Hubert Hawkins (Danny Kaye) and maid Jean (Glynis Johns) are assigned to protect the infant royal heir from tyrannical King Roderick I (Cecil Parker). While Jean takes the baby to an abbey, Hawkins gains access to the court by impersonating the king's jester, unaware that the jester is really an assassin hired by scheming Sir Ravenhurst (Basil Rathbone). When Princess Gwendolyn (Angela Lansbury), falls for Hawkins, a witch secretly aids him in becoming a knight.
