Description: Original production drawing in graphite and blue and red pencil of Lilo from the Disney animated feature Lilo & Stitch (2002). This rough animation drawing was created by a Disney animator, likely Lilo's supervising animator Andreas Deja himself [see reference image from a Deja model sheet], in development of the following scene: "Do you want to be taken away?" asks Lilo's sister Nani, with an image of Lilo being gripped by Nani from the 20:44 time mark. A screenshot and comparison of the relevant frame from the film is included for reference. On an untrimmed sheet of 12.5" x 15.5" 5-peghole animation paper, noted as "77" to mark this original's place in the scene. Original art from this film is scarce. Lilo & Stitch was made with hand-drawn animation and hand-painted backgrounds, and thus was one of the last of its kind. VERY FINE condition, with light handling from the animation process. The drawing will be shipped with robust packaging to fully protect it during transit.
