Description: Large Vintage Wooden Model Airplane WW2 Signed, likely by Grant Newey Smith due to the burnt imprint on the underside. The plane is in very good condition. The wheels and propeller turn freely, and the solid wooden body is smoothly finished with secure and perfect joints. A professional woodworking job. Likely made from Pine and old growth Fir. The previous (child) owner placed handmade paper stickers on the body to personalize his plane. Good for him, but they can be removed if you wish. This measures 13 inches long by 13 inches wide by 8 1/4 inches tall (propeller). A substantial model plane with very minor signs of use on the wood.
