There is NO BACKGROUND to these. The background color will be the color of the surface you place the sticker on. What you see in RED on the introduction product page is what the stickers consist of, there is no printed part to the decals. These are not ‘heat transfers’, but just reflective vinyl stickers with transfer tape on top so you can apply the sticker yourself to the smooth, hard surface you desire. These are not for use on fabric. 8 to 10 year reflective semi-permanent adhesive rating which withstands the outdoor elements. This is shipped or USPS mailed ready to apply. Simple installation instructions will be sent with the product. Just cleanthe surface first where you will apply the sticker to ensure that it is free from grease, dirt, oil, etc. Also, make sure the surface you will apply it is dry.
