It is known for it's striking pattern of browns, greys, blacks, and creams. It can be polished with a variety of materials including diamond, tin, and cerium oxide. This is a nice large piece that can be used for lapidary to make cabochons or polished and used as a display specimen. Dimensions are approximately 5.5" x 5.5" (see photos) and 5.5mm thick.
