I am not sure , I would imagine it’s European for sure giving it a broader range ! There is a carved cherub or putti at the top , looks like something from a movie , wonderful scrolls and acanthus carving making this seem almost alive ! , this is breathtaking, you can be pretty confident that your neighbor wont have one !
