Description: This listing is for a rare Lanikai Ukulele, Model S-T, which has been now discontinued. The Lanikai ST is tenor body, with a full length of 26 inches and a scale size of 17 inches. It has 18 frets total. The ukulele features a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This gives the uke great volume, tone, and projection. It has a rosewood fretboard and maple bindings. And yes, it is handmade. Lanikai ukuleles are handcrafted on Hawaii's island of O'ahu. Included: The ukulele comes in a hard, fabric case. The case has a hideaway compartment, a velcro band to hold the uke in place, and a shoulder strap/ sling for convenient carrying. Other accessories included are: -Aroma AT-300U Chromatic Tuner -D'Addario Ukulele Strings (4 strings) in various finishes and sizes (unused!). -Jumpin' Jim's "'60s Uke-In" Instructional Music Book -Lanikai Soprano, Concert, & Tenor Ukulele Instructional Booklet Condition: The ukulele is in very good to excellent condition. It has been loved for many years and been well taken care of. There is minor scuffing/ scratches on the right side of the body and the back of the body. There is a spot of chipping along the left bottom edge of the body. And there is a scuff/ chip at the top of the head of the uke. Photos of any deficiency are available by request. The hard-case is in fair condition, as it is worn from years of use. The front compartment has some holes in it. Along the side handle, one of the screws is missing and so the handle it a bit loose. Both these deficiencies are pictured.
