Description: Vintage Lakewood steel scattershield bellhousing that was professionally modified to adapter a Big block Mopar 383-440 cu.in V8 to T56 transmission – older version of Lakewood with 15765 block plate – bell was fabricated before Quicktime made a modern version of this one – 5” depth from face to face – fits up to 130 tooth flywheel with 11” clutch – very early version of RM-6077 – will need final fitment with a dial indicator as some of the block mounting holes are opened up for fitment as shown - Bell has been checked on a surface plate and is nicely flat across both sides – Bell housing has been cleaned up and is in “as found” modified condition – all threads are good – 15765 block plate as pictured
