Description: A RPPCs circa 1915-1930 of Lake Tustumena of a hunting guide base camp lead by Andy Simons of Seward, Alaska, a legendary hunting guide in Alaska. Zoomed in images are of him and possibly Andy Berg as well. Simons was presented with Alaska's first hunting license, No. 1, in 1910 by then Governor Walter Clark of the Alaska Territory, and Berg was issued the first guiding license. In his 27 years as a member of the Alaska Game Commission, Andy worked to help conserve and publicize the game resources of Alaska. Acquired From an estate collection in Seward, Alaska.
