Our philosophy is soft foam for protecting your figures and hard cases for protecting the foam ! KR trays are made from soft foam which does not damage/deform your models or wear the paint off as harder foam trays do. You can carry more in any given case size with KR than any other manufacturer thanks to our efficient tray designs. Materials The Aquilla is made from heavy duty waterproof polyester, and is fully lined inside and additionally has plastic reinforcements in the base and lid to ensure that your figures are well protected. The tray has a foam pad cover it when the case is closed. The lid has 2 zip pulls. Our tray and base are glued together with adhesive specifically formulated to ensure durability. We do not use double sided tape or similar. The KR pick&pluck trays have edges plus internal walls glued, unlike the grid pattern pick&pluck which does not.
