It is a fingernail polish-like product that can be used to touch up scratches or scuffs, or to fill in small cracks or chips. I’m not a plumber or a retail store and items are priced according to their rarity and the cost and effort it took to obtain them. Kohler SPOUT ONLY for an Antique K-280-9B Artist Series Faucet. This does come with a couple escutcheons and the pull rod. There is a little corrosion (visible in pics) I didn't attempt to clean but is tucked behind the escutcheon when assembled. This spigot is in BRUSHED CHROME which is a now discontinued finish and is a -G finish code. Very rare part in a very rare finish. It was working when removed, but I'm not guaranteeing it works or won't need additional parts. Kohler has a breakdown of the parts included on their website by searching the model number provided. Please do your own homework and research as I do not accept returns.
