Preparation instructions: ***Boiling*** Add fresh: 300 g carrots, 300 g frozen peas, 300 g lean minced beef, 200 g parboiled rice and 100 ml cooking cream with vegetable fats (15% fat) or cooking cream Preparation: 1 ) Boil rice in unsalted water. Season the ground beef with 1/2 tsp salt (2 g) and shape into 12 small balls. Fry the meatballs in 1 tablespoon hot oil for 4 minutes on all sides. 2) Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Add to the meat and fry briefly. 3) Pour in 250 ml of cold water and cooking cream. Stir in the contents of the bag, bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 5 minutes. Add frozen peas and cook over medium-high heat for another 5 minutes.
