The box shows some wear and a small tear on one of the bottom corners (shown in photos). Includes the DC, plug-in electric motor from the original motor pack with white gear and power cord. If you would rather have the battery powered motor please let us know and we can include that one instead. The motor is not usually included with this set but we have included it with this listing. We have ensured that all required pieces are included, with extras for nearly every part. Includes 4 half red/half yellow balls (these can be separated to make two solid red and two solid yellow balls if you prefer). This set is the original 1995 Big Ball Factory, model 63045 (with the 1999 box). When the design was refreshed years later they added blue and silver spacers to many of the areas to make it a bit more robust. We have included these spacers as well, although they are not necessary to build the functional model. The newer version of the instructions available from the K'NEX website can be used to see their locations throughout the model, as well as the installation method for the battery-powered motor (instructions for set 52443).
