This vacuum is SELLER REFURBISHED which means that I have completely taken this vacuum apart, washed the cloth bag, so it will arrive cleaned and sanitized, installed NEW BRUSHROLL, NEW BELT, NEW HEADLIGHT BULB, examined the metal fan and it has no chips or cracks. I have cleaned and sanitized the machine inside and out. I also checked the red Kirby Cord and it is in great shape, no knicks but has a new plug end, see pictures.
