It is dirty and will need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. It is a 12 cm drop pendulum. The bushings might be ok. The springs might be ok. It comes with suspension spring and pendulum leader. The plates measures about 4-3/16" tall and 3-3/8" wide. The distance between plates is about 1-7/16". The center to center distance between the two outside winding arbors is about 2-3/16" and 1-1/4" from the outside winding arbor to the hand arbor. Sold as is.
