It comes with 2 poseable fire fighters and a fire truck with a ladder. The fire station doors open and close there is a helicopter landing on top and a "lazy susan for the station to sit on and spin so a child can play with it from all sides. There are a few flaws in the bunk room a little piece of the paper flooring pulled off. There may be a tiny scuff here or there on the fire house and a dog and another ladder are missing from the original set.
