Description: a second war era British Army helmet net khaki green cotton HELMET NET with 1cm holes with its original very long edge cord no holes or breaks . a nice genuine original net with approx nine small lengths of scrim , in 3 different shades sacking type material as issued a good size would fit both patterns AND ALL TYPES of 2ww British helmets i put one on a 44 pattern helmet shell for listing photos NET ONLY has that lovely old oily net smell only found on originals , which is a anti rot/ anti moth oil applied to the cotton during the second war combined postage at no further postal cost postage at cost small parcel with refund if charged less i secured a few of these all with very long edge cord normally thats the thing missing or broken if worn i have from the same batch listed separate others which have just one long piece of scrim seemingly how they were issuedthis listing is for a net with smaller pieces of coloured scrim fixed as shown
