The inside of the helmet also has two stickers from The Score Board Inc, which references the MLBPA. The signature is in silver marker on the front bill on the helmet, see photos. The signature appears to be clean and crisp with no major imperfections, see photos. The helmet appears to be in good condition, but does have some minor surface scratches and wear on the foam padding inside the helmet, see photos. Overall, both the signature and helmet appear to be in good condition for most likely being roughly 30 years old.
