Description: Kawasaki Z400 & Ninja 400 Vandemon Titanium Exhaust System Kawasaki Ninja 400 Vandemon Full Titanium Exhaust 2018-2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 all Titanium exhaust system made from high-quality Japanese Ti1 titanium & utilising a carbon fibre tipped all-titanium muffler. As a result, the complete exhaust system is much lighter than the OEM steel exhaust. The resulting weight reduction noticeably reduces directional changes in handling, improves acceleration, and reduces stopping distances. In addition, varying tapered mid-pipe tube dimensions make for a noticeable increase in Mid-Range torque and peak Hp and that unmistakable Vandemon sound. Appearance: The surface finish is natural brushed, which when after one ride, changes to all colours of the rainbow with the added advantage over stainless steel that titanium won't stain, corrode or ever need polishing as titanium has a very high acid and salt resistance as well as dissipates heat twice as fast as steel. Manufacture: We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint, making for ultrasonically perfect welds. Tuning: The muffler is equipped with a removable silencer, which, when used, doesn't require remapping of your ECU, as any slight alterations to fueling will be managed by the OEM mapping; however, when the silencer is not used, tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
