Description: Kathe Kruse Doll Linchen Miniature Dollhouse Size 5" 2008-2009 MIB RARE This is a rare Kathe Kruse miniature dollhouse doll from 2008-2009. This sweet dollhouse girl is based on the Daumlinchen doll, first made by Hanne Adler Kruse in 1957. A perfect size for a doll house or a display of tiny dolls, Linchen stands almost 5" (4.9"; according to her certificate, this doll is 1/10th the size of a human). tall. She has a bisque head and a cloth body with a "flexible wire skeleton" inside. She is dressed in a detailed outfit including a blue dress with white polka dots and red felt shoes. Her hair is cut chin length with bangs. a red and white collared shirt, a tiny sweater vest, maroon shorts and a matching maroon hat plus little blue croched shoes (to "avoid having cold feet"). The body is covered with tricot fabric and the cute tiny clothing made to historically match to the original. Her facial features are hand painted and, as mentioned, she has a wired body that can be posed.ConditionLinchen, a dollhouse doll by Kathe Kruse, comes to you mint and complete in her original mint box , plus her original pamphlet/COA.
