Cover was rehabilitated: shows a new bonded leather spine cover, plus metal corner protectors. Cover shows mild aging, edge-wear, and water stain. Inside, owner stamps. New hinge tape, front and back. Binding/hinges now are tight/strong. Title page had raggedy edges and was repaired (see pic). Mild age-tanning on pages, but paper remains soft & supple, not brittle. Inside, little or no signs of wear or use. Now a robust book.
