José Manuel Contino Pérez (b. 1933) developed his artistic work in the engraving manifestation. Professionally from 1974 to 1975 he worked as an engraving teacher at National School of Art (ENA) and from 1976 to 1978 as a professor of engraving at Higher Institute of Art (ISA). Among his personal exhibitions are in 1971 "Exhibition 30 Characters, Lithographs, Pepe Contino" at Gallery of Art, Galiano and Concordia. In 1982 "Traditions" at Provincial Center of Plastic Arts and Design, and in 1992 "Contino, from end to end". Domingo Ravenet Gallery. Throughout his career he has obtained several awards among those who are in 1966 First Prize in Engraving. XLVII Hall of Fine Arts. Circle of Fine Arts. In 1968 First Prize in Engraving. José Manuel Contino Pérez (n. 1933) desarrolló su labor artística en la manifestación del grabado. Profesionalmente de 1974 a 1975 se desempeñó como profesor de grabado en la Escuela Nacional de Arte (ENA) y de 1976 a 1978 como profesor de grabado en el Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA). Entre sus exposiciones personales se encuentran en 1971 "Exposición 30 Personajes, Litografías, Pepe Contino" en Galería de Arte, Galiano y Concordia.
