A native of Catalonia, he developed his own style through his contact with Parisian artistic life. He opened his ceramic workshop in Paris. This city allowed him, to meet many artists such as Giacometti, Braque and Chagall.In the 50s, his father Josep Llorens Artigas, a friend of Pablo Picasso, worked with Joan Miro creating ceramics.
