Dated December 31, 1956. This letter reads in part, "Dear May, Thank you so very much for your sweet greetings for Christmas.... and am only sorry it was not possible to spend more time with you.... The twins are with us and it is so much fun watching them enjoy themselves...." The letter is hand signed "Joan" large and beautifully by Joan Crawford in blue ink.
