Description: Per Wikipedia, M.U. – The Best of Jethro Tull, released in 1976, is the first proper greatest hits album by Jethro Tull. It spans the years 1969 to 1975. The earlier Living In The Past(1972) compilation mainly dealt with non-album material, but this album only features one previously unreleased song, "Rainbow Blues". "M.U." in the album title stood for "Musician's Union", which is probably a reference to the various musicians from different line-ups of the band appearing throughout the album. The album up for bid is a 1983 reissue of the original 1976 recording on the Chrysalis Record label and was manufactured at Columbia Records Carrollton, Ga pressing facility. The cover is in VG+ condition with only mild signs of disc wear on the back cover. There is no signs of wear along the edges or corners. The covers retain their glossiness and all graphics are excellent. The track listings are on the back cover along with production notes. The paper inner sleeve is original and intact. The recording has been clean, tested and recorded and all tracks are free of "skips". There is mild background noise consisting of "clicks" that are random in nature and do not interfere with the music. The sound is clear and strong. The record surfaces are free of scratches and scuffs and show only mild wear.I always clean, listen and test every record I list on EBAY.
