The quality and tailoring of the 100% Irish Wool are absolutely impeccable. Very subtle, thoughtful details include a sash-tie belt, pockets, a-line rather than straight cut, and—most interesting—invisible snaps on the underside of the shoulders so you can fold the cap sleeves under for a proper vest or leave them unsnapped for extra volume (the latter is shown in the photos, whereas I prefer snapped). A truly timeless and multi-use investment piece. Will last a lifetime, and you’ll likely wear it a lot. (I have the grey version!) Functions from fall through spring. If this were the one new thing you bought all year, you’d be happy. Size M; would definitely fit a S, too, and probably even a large, because it’s basically just a matter of the arm hole size.
