Description: SIX 90-minute Professional Beta SP videotape cassettes. I originally recorded the 1980 Jerry Lewis Telethon off the air on 3/4 inch U/Matic video. An industrial grade video. When they started getting old, I transferred to save them from deteriorating onto these Beta SP tapes. I used a pro video studio and equipment including a time base corrector to stabilize and get the best image. Although there may be some glitches and dropouts in a few places the image is very good to excellent. My tapes were the original sources for much of what you may have seen online. I’m selling off my collection. Do not mistake these for consumer grade VHS or Betamax tapes you used at home. These cassettes are twice as big as a VHS tape! See picture I provide. You either have to have a Beta SP machine to play these or take them to a place that can digitize Beta SP tapes. No rights given or implied. Selling for historical purposes from one collector to another. Tape 1 includes Johnny Carson opens the show. Snowy picture and black and white for a few minutes the dropouts stop, and color returns.
