Description: Antique Art Nouveau JPL Jean Pouyat Limoges France 9" Square Serving Dish -Hand Painted Gold Band Red Rose Green LeavesFor your consideration is an antique, 1907, Art Nouveau, JPL, Jean Pouyat Limoges, France square serving dish. The dish has a hand painted gold band with a single red rose surrounded by green leaves inside a small circle. Everything is outlined in black. The corners of the bowls are rounded and the sides fold in slightly. The sides along each corner of the dish have embossed curved folds. A rare, exquisite serving dish and pattern!The bottom of the serving dish is marked JPL France, Pat. April 2d 1907.The serving dish is 8 3/4" square x 2 3/4" high.The condition is very good with one tiny pin point chip along the top edge of the dish.
