Most any shear you buy the manufacturer only really care about the function, look, balance and then they put a quick edge on it and ship it. I’m not a fan of that. There are many steps in sharpening salon shears along with the correct grits per edge. You will be receiving a new pair of shears with some extra TLC to the edges to make them perfect.
