Traditional Imari pattern: distinctively Japanese palette of red, cobalt blue and gold incorporates diamond lozenges and stylized floral motifs surrounded by delicate gold trim. Near-mint condition with no nicks, dings, fchips or marks except very light wear to gold trim in spots. Small Dish measures approximately 4" x 2 3/8" x 1/2". Oval Vase measures approximately 2 1/2" x 2 3/8" x 1 1/4". Marked Hohutosha, occupied Japan marking crossed out in gold, WWII.
