Made of 100% cotton this cute top, in a toddler girls SIZE 3, is in excellent pre-owned condition and appears to have never been worn! Some thrift stores spray clothing, and a smell that triggers one person’s senses might not another’s. My pieces are always steam sanitized and also spot cleaned and washed if needed.
