The 2nd effort in the James Taylor catalog and for many a fan his finest hour in this auction, I will not disagree. With this release Taylor became a household name as this is a classic of the early 70's. Tracks such as the title cut, Fire and Rain, Steamroller & Country Road all appear on this must own classic from James Taylor. All fans of the man or the sounds of the early 70's need this one in their collection, it's an essential!! The record is in an easy VG+ condition with a very light scuff on side 2 that definitely does not hamper play at all, plays well throughout. The cover has 2 AIR MAIL red stampings on the front cover (see picture-nose and right shoulder), minor wear along the edges and minor rubs on the corners.
