Description: This charming teapot appears nearly new and unused as if it was part of a displayed collection, rather than used for afternoon tea. From the James Sadler Country Cottages collection and is titled Ivy House. Bright, clean, no cracks or staining or crazing I can discover. Features the original, though partially removed inspection sticker on the bottom. The only signs of age and prior ownership I can discern are the light scuffing marks on the unglazed footers of the pot and lid. There is a slight mark on the bottom of the pot that appears original to manufacture - as though the clay was scratched a wee bit before glazed. See pics.
