Description: This is a fantastic and very unique piece of airline memorabilia. A paper clip holder in the shape of the iconic Tsurumaru (Crane Medallion) red JAL logo with the letters “URGENT” written on one side in gold. The entire paper clip holder is made of metal, including the foot/stand with the marking “Japan Air Lines,” the flexible spring foot (I did not attempt to try to bend it) and the crane. The reverse side is equally unique: the crane logo flipped, the crane’s beak pointing the opposite direction, but the JAL font still italicized the usual direction. It’s in good vintage and used shape with some marks around the crane logo. Please note, the piece of paper in the photos is for demonstration purposes only and is included in a separate lot.
