Description: First let me say that I am not an expert on antiques. From what I could find out, this bowl was most likely handmade in Iran somewhere between 18 and 1900. It appears to be tin over copper. This bowl was handmade and is not perfectly round in shape but fairly close. There are scratches and wear to the inside finish. There are red markings underneath the bottom, which I will leave to the buyer to remove. Beautiful intricate pattern with a small lip around the top edge. Heavy. It is actually more silver looking than red. Do your own research and know what you are purchasing. This is just my opinion. The pictures are the description. This bowl is being sold as is with no returns so ask all questions before purchase. NO RETURNS
