Injectors - servicing of injectors is our specialty, whether it is a single or dual spring application. All injectors are repaired using genuine parts set to manufacturers specifications. Qualified Technicians - are factory trained by fuel injection manufacturers in the latest techniques to ensure that quality standards are achieved. Testing Facilities - utilise the latest computerised test benches to increase speed and accuracy to reduce down time and save you money Exchange Products - Our exchange products are repaired to quality standards and are available for a large range and variety of vehicles both mechanical and common rail. Shipping & Returns Postage - Postal charges are clearly shown within the listing. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted. International shipping can be arranged. Your goods will be shipped from South Australia, normally via Australia Post or TNT. Returns - Please check goods for damage before signing delivery note as damage in transit can then be claimed on our courier insurance. All our parts are ID stamped before we send them. If a part is found to be not working correctly within 30 days*, the purchaser must return the part at the receivers expense to us for validation. We will refund purchase price or replace the part at our discretion.*30 day period starts from the date of goods being signed/delivered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure this item fits your specific application. Refunds will not be issued for incorrectly ordered parts or if you changed your mind. Terms & Conditions Payment - All payments must be received via PayPal Core Deposits - Core deposits will be fully refunded (subject to condition of returned unit assembled in a repairable state, drained and with the correct item number as listed above). All deposits will be refunded via PayPal to the account they were purchased from. If you cannot return your pump/injector within the 7 day core returns period it may result in the unit being rejected or only part of the deposit being refunded. Exchange pump/injectors are sold on the basis they remain the property of Hi Tech Diesel Injection Pty Ltd. Cores due to be returned for refund cannot be sold or forfeited without the authorisation of the company. Warranty - Parts are guaranteed free from defect for 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first) from the date of invoice, unless detailed otherwise. This excludes damage arising from customer/third party interference, routine wear and tear, negligence, abuse and accidental damage. Our warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Any damage arising from a third party installer is the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.
