Polyester lining. + Jacket Length (Top of Collar to Bottom) = 32"+ Jacket Width - Shoulder to Shoulder = 19"+ Jacket Width - Chest / Pit to Pit = 24" IMPORTANT NOTE: Kept in excellent condition, clean, no stains, etc .... but jacket manufacturer's color treatment of this particular jacket generally speaking has led to some cracks, bubbling, or peeling of jacket color dye, and became worse on the sleeves, which was the reason they were cut off. On this jacket specifically, there is some paint tears/flaking. You can see this in the photos. If taken to a clothing repair ship, it can be potentially patched/fixed or the vest can be retreated.
