The range of dishes is considerable, but mainly Italian. Anything original from Sophia Loren is worth paying attention to, and this, her first cookbook in her 'With Love' series, is a gem. This is serious food from someone who knows her way around the kitchen and respects the craft (not some frivolous celebrity fluff- there's great recipes here). Written in prose with her own anecdotal asides woven in, the recipes offer much more than a means of getting food on the table. Some pages have slight discoloration from age (or possibly food). Please examine all photos carefully as we strive to disclose any imperfections. There is no dust jacket for this book.
