Description: Impressionist painting of harborside buildings, apparently American as original "$70.00" price on reverse appears adjacent to title "Fishing Village" and the 1965 date---although the subject appears more European. Work is on Masonite, and measures 18" by 22" as framed in white and black painted wood. That framing is scuffed and soiled, shows its age. If you're handy and so inclined you could restore it nicely, retaining the original period look, or, re-frame. Signature at lower right looks something like M Alterman or similar. The artist has selectively used a lime green color in spots, as highlight.
