The Cap is Classic Dark Blue with a wide Red Band with Reich and State Kokarden also present. There is a Red trim band at the top. This is a very high quality visor cap in minty condition. It is near impossible to find a Visor Cap without some moth tracking, this cap has no detectable moth nips. As we look at the interior of the cap we find it is dated 1912 along with depot and makers marks as well a faded gold stamp from the maker.. Imperial Germany was a federation of twenty-seven kingdoms, duchies, principalities and "free and imperial cities". Wurttemberg was the smallest of the 4 Kingdoms along Grand Duchies, Duchies, Principalities and Free and Imperial Cities that combined to form Germany at the conclusion of the Franco-Prussian War in 1871. The Capital of Wurttemberg is Stuttgart, where Mercedes Benz is Headquartered. Albert Einstein was born in Wurttemberg.
