Others chapters : Seeds of War (starting with Robert Capa's first published photograph of Leon Trotsky at the podium, Copenhagen, 1931,) Spain (The Spanish Civil War), China, England, North Africa, Italy, Naples, The Invasion ( the unforgettable images of D-Day damaged in Life Magazine's lab) France, Germany, Israel ( war of liberation ) and Indo-China, where the photographer met his death in Vietnam. "At the cemetery General Cogny, in dress uniform, stood at salute for a minut before the casket, turned to newsmen and delivered a brief emotional speech. Capa, he said,'fell as a soldier among soldiers.' Then he pinned a medal on the American flag draped over the casket. It was one of France's highest honors: Croix de Guerre with Palm, Order of the Army." This last paragraph of book is followed by a two-page photo of Capa peacefully reclining along a riverbank, stroking a cat. Perfect inside, dust jacket has tears but is mostly entire.
