Description: Here is a beautiful hand painted plate by I E & C Co. Japan. It measures 8.5" across and is heavy with raised gold gilding. There are water lillies or lotus flowers with gold accents. The back is marked with maker's mark and there is a piece of tape with Katie from Zetta written on it. The plate is in gorgeous pre-owned condition with no chips or cracks. Just lots of gold!
