She was manufactured during the time when Japanese companies, such as Napco, and Pico began creating Hummel-like figurines that were affordable for the general public. Though, obviously not the same quality as Hummel, they are collectible in their own right and come with a much cheaper price tag. This little girl has brown hair, tied in pigtails. She carries a blue watering can in her right hand. She stands approximately 6.5" tall. Condition: Used condition with no flaws that we can see.
