Dampness and age caused the glue to let go as this was a do it yourself tree. This tree is ready to be put back together with love. Great for project wit children. Just some glue and put the plastic lights back in the holes and the lighted switch glued back in. The metal piece that holds the bulb shows some rust from the dampness. The light bulb is included and works great. Easy of on on cord. No chips or cracks or soil but if you look close you can see some fine crazingI noticed they also have little bird lights on ebay that would be cute also.Please ask questions and the box is not included.I left the box on the deck after taking my pictures and it rained. I now have a glob of card board. Light will be packed well and shipped within two business days
