Description: Vintage HTF April 1931 TRUE STORY magazine featuring the beautiful JEAN HARLOW on the cover painted by Jules Cannert. Magazine is comprised of first hand accounts of social problems such as adultery, unemployment, social relations, marriage and crime. Workday America loved this confessional magazine which proclaimed stories of sin and redemption that revealed modern social irregularities. The magazine contains 198 numbered pages and measures 9"W x 11.75"H. Magazine is in good vintage condition with some chipping on the top and bottom of spine. Page 9 has come loose from the spine, which is shown in the 7th photo. Page 19 has a tear, which is shown in the 8th photo. Also pages 13 to 18 are missing. I counted the pages and 3 two-sided pages are not present. The lovely painted cover is in complete bright clean condition. A nice addition to a Jean Harlow or Vintage Magazine Collection! Comes from a smoke-free home. FREE SHIPPING!
