This oil is in its own juice and will need to be restored. A note: it has holes in several places, see photos. * Bellocq Castle is located in the town of the same name, in the French department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques. In ruins, it has been classified as a historical monument since April 2, 1997. This Béarnaise fortress from the end of the 13th century consists of an irregular quadrilateral, reinforced with seven towers, connected to the fortified house built in 1281. It was transformed in the 14th century. The castle was burned down by Louis XIII in 1620 to prevent it from being used by Protestants. *Joseph Chudeau : amateur painter and architect from Nantes (late 19th-early 20th centuries).
